There is some gorgeous motion going on in (and between) panels 1 and 2. And Kirby would be honored by panel 3. Great stuff Mikey!

I think Cav just stole Walter Simonson's mantel for 'Heir to Kirby!'

I would totally pay a million billion dollars to see what you could do with this whole sequence in color.
Unfortunately, I don't have a million billion dollars, so I'll settle for the gorgeous black and white.

For a million billion dollars, I would color this page. Suspended from a harness, a few feet above the ground, even. Over a pit of hungry children.
Otherwise, yes, black and white.

Great work as always. I just wish I didn't have to wait a week each time.
I love the descriptions like "..WILD BEASTS OF THE INFERNAL REGIONS" which quite coincidentally is how I refer to you guys at Deep Six.
Dean = Orolus
It so obvious.

I'd have to admit that doing all this 'scope' stuff would drive me nuts. So much work and too much like my dayjob. You carry it stylishly though and the alliterations continue to pound like a bass-drum.
