now that wasn't so bad- only 77 pages this time, down from 90...I'm thinking about a few other love comices that really work for me ..Love and Rockets for example- Jamie and Beto drew a whole sh#tload of pages, mostly again and again on disfuntional families and losers in love (but they did all that work in much shorter segments- which made it all work better (for me at least)and they made it somehow universally "real"- I can't find any emotional connection to either of these two characters- is that my fault- or yours?
