You finally made your own "DOOM". Simonson would be proud.
I'm a BIG fan of that "color hold" effect and the way the gun vanishes. That's the hippie in you flexing his muscle.
This episode looks like it was really a found booklet from the 20's that was discovered by a 5 year old mute boy down in Coney Island, who then rolled it up and put it in his back pocket all the way home to read at night with a flashlight, under the bedsheets.

Love this last panel, Dean. It's a real shock to see it gone after so many panels. In fact, I kinda miss it. The way it's little dial glinted in the scintillating cave lights, the way it felt in my hands...hmmmm. It was a good gun.
