Actually, George O'Connor, who posted that last comic under my name ended up being a 'King Dick' after all! He's been sponging for someone to call him that for so long now, it's a relief to have an occasion where it actually applies.
fate is a bitch! but when she shows us her true face then she is a queen. I love your work, I still don't know how you do it all. Working like you do, you inspire me. sending good vibes your way.

If Billy kills his older self, then he has no reason to cut off his gun hand, which frees him from the shackles, thereby making it so he never meets himself causing either a paradox or awesomeness. I'm not sure what the awesomeness is, but it is better than Billy accidentally discharging said fatal charge from the gun at some innocent.
So this not-quite-suicide possibly mercy killing may actually be the best way for Billy to avoid any guilt complex in the long run.
But I don't think Billy could kill himself, even to save himself. He is just too damn *alive* for that to be a feasible option. Even old and battered and broken he just seems to be really incredibly _intense_.
So you've worked in a kitchen/restaurant as well, I see? With the "86"-ing and all...
Also, by not offing his future self, he continues to get stuck in that loop, and that kind of slavery to time would be nothing short of murder for him, right?
The killer is that I am applying for a job that requires me to be in front of a computer for long periods of time, which is not exactly my favorite thing in the world to do.
Then again, a design job (despite being a long shot) would be a great job to land.
Dean, Your art is AMAZING! Are you a fan of Harvey Kurtzman or Mike Zeck? I get a vibe of both artists style in your work, yet, your work is totally original. I never get tired of looking at your work.
....I definitely see the Kirby influence. You have such a great way with shape and negative space.....not to mention lighting. I'm a big fan of cartoon lighting. It adds so much. I can always recognize your style.

Poor future Billy looks like he was rode hard and put away wet.
