Thank you for reminding people of arguably the biggest disaster of a disastrous invasion. It's not enough to steal the oil, we must erase their history and memory to further radicalize them into the "animals" that the media keeps telling us they are. Love the stark style and bold coloring. Great work.

Historically the first thing to go in any occupation or attack is HISTORY!!! the Spanish conquest, the colonizations by the Dutch, English, French etc... all destroyed the records of its colonies culture, history, religion, etc.. The middle east has faced countless invaders over centuries not to mention the reign of the Taliban and their destruction and raiding of the national museums. How preservation of the cradle of civilization is not a priority says a lot of our intentions.
